Renter Basics

As a renter you will be renting a bedroom in a host’s home and sharing common areas, including the kitchen. Host’s homes are normally fully furnished and include utilities, however food is not provided. As a renter you must respect the host’s values and house rules.

Happipad is a network of verified people, all hosts and renters are verified with comprehensive background checks.

Rental term.

Flexible rental terms make renting simple. You can book shorter-term stays, or find an affordable place for the next few years.
