Renter Basics

As a renter you will be renting a bedroom in a host’s home and sharing common areas, including the kitchen. Homes are normally fully furnished and include utilities, however food is not provided. As a renter you must respect the host’s values, house rules, and are responsible for cleaning up after yourself.
